Renewable Energy Source
Renewable Energy Sources Have Plenty To Offer Each Of Us
Man's over dependence on fossil fuels has brought about disastrous consequences. Global warming and Climate Change have been directly attributed to the release of green house gases due to the use of coal, oil and gas. Non-renewable energy sources are not effective, and cost far more than they offer in benefits.
Renewable energy sources absolutely sustain life because they do not emit carbon-based warming and harmful substances into the atmosphere. Additionally, it helps the people live an economical life by not paying the monthly bills on home energy consumption anymore.
Do you want to know what are renewable energy sources and how you can use them to produce free electricity to run your home? The truth about global warming is that it is becoming a much more serious problem that is becoming very hard to deal with today. The main renewable energy sources are examined below.
Solar, wind, and water are renewable energy sources that are friendly to the environment. With awareness to the limits of our natural resources, practically everyone is considering renewable energy solutions.
Residential Solar Power
The residential solar power makes a difference to your family and the Earth where you live in. With the residential solar power at home, you will be able to cut-off some financial expenses.
Harnessing solar power may be extraordinarily affordable if the energy system is all homemade. The storage cells can be used to store the power made during daytime and this will be still in the position to run during night or at times of the blackout.
To successfully turn your home into a residential solar power you need to be situated to a place where there is plenty of sunlight. An open space area would be very feasible to generate more solar energy.
Residential Wind Energy
At present, wind energy is used in a few places to generate electricity, and the feasibility of more wide spread application of this use is being studied.
Wind may be used as a renewable energy source. The energy that can be generated out of the wind power generators is limitless. Unlike the typical energy source produced by private companies, wind energy provides a lifetime power that you need.
Bio Fuels
Bio-fuels are also a renewable energy sources. They have been around for a very long time however just lately, people are beginning to take notice. Liquid bio-fuel which is the one used in cars is a natural and renewable domestic fuel that can only be used for diesel engines.
This can be made from vegetable oils mostly soy and corn. In fact diesel engines were originally created to run on vegetable oil! The nice thing about bio-fuels is that they contains no petroleum, and they are nontoxic and biodegradable.
The fact that we have so many different types of renewable energy sources to choose from means we can use them to our benefit. Some people have already proven the use of renewable energy sources to be very effective that's why this energy saving idea has been shared to many users nowadays.
Anyone that has researched " building your own solar panels" or " how to make a wind generator", has discovered there are a lot of options out there and a variety of ebooks that promise to help you build either or both. Find out more about Renewable Energy Sources

Help in Biology Pleaseeee!?
I will tell you what I think the answers are, and you can tell me if they are right or wrong and if they are wrong please help me in finding the right answer. I really appreciate the help!
1. Which of the following best describes the long-term impact of using a renewable energy source?
A.Geothermal energy can pollute water supplies.
B.Hydropower involves blocking rivers, which disrupts ecosystems.
C.Natural gas causes air pollution when burned.
D.Nuclear power produces radiation, which is harmful if leaked.
My answer for this question is B but C and D make sense too? So which would be best??
2. Which of the following best describes a benefit of one type of nonrenewable energy?
A.Coal is relatively inexpensive compared to other forms of energy.
B.Natural gas does not produce greenhouse gases as other energy sources do.
C.Nuclear power does not produce any form of pollution.
D.Petroleum can be found nearly anywhere and is easily extracted.
My answer to this question is C?
3. Which of the following best describes what happens to water molecules after they are released from plants through transpiration?
A.They will combine to form runoff and flow into rivers, lakes, and oceans.
B. They will cool and form dew, clouds, or fog through condensation.
C.They will fall to Earth in the form of rain, sleet, or snow.
D.They will undergo evaporation and change to a gas.
My answer for this question is B????
4. Which of the following best describes environmental parameters that should be examined before a city can build a landfill?
A. How close the landfill will be to major cities and highways
B. If leakage from the landfill will be able to contaminate groundwater
C. What the costs involved in maintaining the landfill will be
D. Whether there will be sufficient staff available to operate the landfill
My answer for this question is B??
5. Scientific research shows that our global climate is changing. Ocean temperatures and acidity are increasing, and the global sea level is rising. Which of the following best predicts an outcome of this global climate change in a marine ecosystem?
A.Many marine species will not be able to adjust quickly enough to survive.
B.More species will be able to survive due to the less extreme temperatures in the ocean.
C.Tectonic plate activity will increase and produce warmer ocean temperatures.
D.The increased acidity will make it more difficult for harmful bacteria to survive.
My answer to this question is D???
6. Which of the following is the best example of a way human lifestyles affect environmental systems?
A.Agriculture causes water pollution when fertilizers and pesticides flow into lakes and rivers.
B.Burning fossil fuels causes air pollution by decreasing water vapor in the atmosphere.
C.Using aerosol sprays causes acid rain by increasing ozone (O3) in the atmosphere.
D.Using radioactive materials causes ground pollution when chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) seep into the ground.
My answer to this question is C????
7. Domestic cats can begin reproducing as young as six months of age. Each female cat can produce two litters per year, containing multiple cats that can also begin reproducing early. What prediction can you make about an ecosystem in which cat populations are not controlled?
A.A predator for the cats would rapidly appear to match the population growth.
B.Small game would initially suffer but then quickly develop survival skills.
C.Within a few years the population of cats would increase slowly, level off, and stabilize.
D.Within a few years there would be many starving cats.
My answer to this question is A???
8. Every year, millions of acres of land are cleared by uncontrolled forest fires. Which of the following best describes a consequence of these catastrophic events?
A.Biodiversity will increase as new species move into the cleared area.
B.Invasive species will quickly take over the disturbed area.
C.Oxygen levels decrease rapidly in the areas near the fire.
D.Only the plants that benefit from fire will survive.
My answer to this question is A???

What are the Five Renewable Energy Sources?
so i have this report due tomorrow and i have to tell why i chose a specific renewable energy. i chose wind energy because i already did a presentation in class about it. so the first paragraph was why did i choose wind energy. now the second is what i am having trouble with. its why did you choose this renewable energy. well this is my exuse for each one:
solar: it isnt always sunny
hydroelectric: causes fish displacement
nuclear: can cause nuclear waste
so basiclly i just need the other energy. here are the ones i know:
solar
wind
hydroelectric
nuclear
could you please help me out with the last one? thank you!!!

What is a good Current Event to give a speech on?
So my partner and I are assigned to create a collaborative speech on a current event/ issue. The speech needs to have some kind of debate within to allow group discussion after. For example We were thinking of doing Renewable Energy Sources but we couldnt find anything to argue against it or something,
Thanks for the help!!
