How can I stop a supposedly "eco-green"person from using my parking space?
I have a parking space outside my house which I pay for...but don't have a vehicle at present...I don't mind shoppers using it for a few hours while they nip into town, but I object to a person in the eco houses across the street parking his massive untaxed vehicle there day and night, I've been to the council and they cant stop him , what can I do?...the eco houses don't have their own parking as they're not supposed to have their own vehicles. It's private land, so the police cant do anything
