Types of Alternative Energy Power

Energy is one of those things that people can't do without. And, unfortunately, the need for energy has placed a tremendous burden on the environment. But the environment doesn't have to suffer needlessly just to accommodate mankind's need for energy, as there are other types of attainable alternative energy power sources available to use, such as solar and magnetic.

Solar Energy

Solar is a form of alternative energy power that uses heat from the sun to provide energy. And since there is never a shortage of sunlight, solar heat is an endless source of safe alternative energy for anyone who wants to take advantage of it.

Solar energy has been around since the dawn of time. But today's technological advances in solar panels make it easier than ever to use the sun as an alternative energy power source. Solar energy can be witnessed everyday on a small scale basis in things such as solar powered calculators.

The use of solar panels on your home will not completely replace the use of electricity, but they will reduce the amount of electricity you consume. These panels will also conserve energy, and ease the burden on the environment. However, not everyone can afford to harness the power of the sun in their homes, as solar panels are terribly expensive to install.

Magnetic Energy Generators

Using magnets is a more affordable option to solar panels as an alternative energy power. Magnets use magnetic currents to generate electrical power. This type of energy is abundant, affordable, and harmless to the environment. There are several manuals available to teach you how to build a low cost magnetic energy generator for your home.

While the use of fossil fuels may not ever be eliminated, they can be used in moderation if alternative energy power sources such as solar and magnetic are utilized by more people.

Did you know that most used up landfills turn into golf courses?
I always found that interesting. After a landfill is at capacity they will usually turn it into a golf course( in places with land to spare), They will build houses for the upper class on this land and the grass and shrubbery will flourish. How do I know this? My Republican(Mexican)Engineer husband has spent his adult career working with landfill inspection and alternative energy.Wind power, and natural gas. Got to love those Texan, Mexican, Republican environmentalists.( the ones that actually know what can work and what is a bunch of political BS) (insert liberal self rightous crap here) My husband just told me to mention playground and ball fields
